What Can Be Printed

  • Personal message: Up to 3 lines
  • Approximate character limit: About 12 full-width or 25 half-width characters per line
  • Required information: Tune title and composer’s name
  • Font and layout: Chosen by our staff
Artist Names and Logos
We can print the tune title, composer’s name and your personal message. To respect intellectual property rights, we generally cannot print singers’ names, artist or group names, logos or similar material.
For Customers Purchasing a 30-Note Model
The paper label for the 30-note model is smaller than those for the 50- and 72-note models. Text placement and the overall layout may therefore differ from the examples shown.

On request, we can email you a PDF proof of the printing layout before production.
When ordering, select “PDF proof: Yes.” to request a preview.

  • We will send it to the email address you provide with your order.
  • Please make sure you can receive emails from our store at net-order-musicbox@nidec-instruments.com.
  • If you request a PDF proof, production will begin after we receive your reply approving the printing.
  • The time needed for approval may extend the usual delivery schedule.
  • If you select “No,” we will proceed with production using the text you entered, without sending a proof.
Please check your message carefully before confirming your order.
Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the printed text. We may also cancel orders for paper labels purchased on their own or with incompatible products.
