Dispatch Estimates by Product
These estimates apply to models that let you choose from the available tunes listed on our website. Please check separately if you are requesting a new arrangement or ordering a product with its own lead time.
As a rule, lead times run from confirmation of your order details and payment until dispatch. For bank transfers and advance convenience store payments, processing begins after payment is confirmed. Delivery after dispatch takes additional time.

Lead times differ between standard production and custom 18-note models. The same note count does not always mean the same lead time.

From Placing Your Order to Receiving It

- 3 Transit → Delivery After dispatch, delivery takes additional time depending on the destination and shipping conditions.
For anniversaries and other special occasions, please check both the lead time until dispatch and the delivery time afterward.

This is a separate series featuring ORPHEUS movements—the mechanisms that play the music. Choose from the tunes and cases offered with shorter lead times.
Applies to payment methods that complete payment when you place your order. Extended store closures are excluded.

- Dispatch is expected within 7 days of ordering. If payment needs to be verified, dispatch will be arranged after confirmation.
- Available tunes and compatible cases vary. Please check the information for eligible products.
- “Within 7 days” refers to dispatch. Please allow additional time for delivery afterward.

Products Eligible for Same-Day Dispatch
Same day dispatch
Eligible products are dispatched the same day if we confirm your order details and payment by 12 noon on a store business day.
Orders placed after 12 noon or on days we are closed are dispatched on the next business day or later.
Check payment, closure dates, quantity limits, and other conditions
- We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and extended holiday periods.
- Credit cards and mobile payment methods that support immediate payment are eligible. Orders paid by bank transfer or advance convenience store payment are dispatched after payment is confirmed.
- Same-day dispatch may not be possible if we need to clarify your address or order details.
- Orders of 11 or more items require additional time for production and dispatch.
If you order items with different lead times in the same cart, we will dispatch them together once all items are ready. In all cases, delivery takes additional time after dispatch.

The dispatch schedule may change depending on payment, other items in your order, and your chosen specifications.
The lead time on the product page takes priority
If a product has its own dispatch estimate, that information takes priority. Even products with the same note count may have different lead times depending on the tune, specifications, and stock.
Items in the same order ship together once all are ready
If you order items with different lead times in the same cart, we will dispatch everything together once all items are ready. Please place separate orders for items you need sooner. Shipping charges are calculated for each order.
Processing begins after payment and order details are confirmed
For bank transfers and advance convenience store payments, processing begins after payment is confirmed. If we need to clarify your address or requested specifications, dispatch may also be delayed until these details are confirmed.

Schedules may vary depending on order volumes, tune selections, quantities, and the arrival of materials and parts. Extended holiday periods and the New Year holidays may also require additional time.
