Consolidating products with different delivery times
- If you order products with different delivery times in the same cart, all products will be shipped together once they are all available.
- If you need some products sooner, please place separate orders for them.
- If you place separate orders, shipping fees will be calculated according to each order.
Priority of delivery time display
- If an individual shipping date is displayed on the product page, the delivery time displayed on the product page takes precedence.
- Shipping dates may vary depending on order status, song selection, quantity, and parts availability.
- During long holidays and year-end/New Year periods, it may take longer than usual.
Conditions for same-day shipping products
- This applies to orders for which both order content and payment have been confirmed by 12:00 PM (noon) on our business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) or on non-business days (weekends, holidays, long holidays, etc.) will be shipped on the next business day or later.
- This applies to credit card payments and instant payment methods such as PayPay, Merpay, and au PAY. For bank transfers and convenience store pre-payments, shipping will occur after payment confirmation.
- If there are matters requiring confirmation regarding the shipping address or order content, same-day shipping may not be possible.
- "Same-day shipping" is a service where we ship the item on the same day. Delivery dates vary depending on the region and shipping status.
- For orders of 11 or more items in a single transaction, production and shipping will take longer than usual.
