These products let you combine an available melody with a compatible case. Most are made to order and are produced and adjusted after your order is confirmed.
These standard products come with a preset melody and design. Check the photos and included song, then choose a music box that suits the recipient or the room where it will be displayed.
For products that let you choose a melody, please select from the available songs shown on our site. If the song you want is not listed, please ask about Custom Song Arrangement & Production Before ordering, we will need to confirm whether the song can be produced. After the arrangement is completed, additional production time is required for the music box itself.
SOUND & TYPES
Do not choose by numbers alone—listen to a favorite melody on different models. Even the same song can feel very different depending on the number of notes and the arrangement.
It refers to the number of metal comb teeth that produce the notes. In general, more notes allow for a wider pitch range and richer harmony. The number of notes does not indicate how many songs are included. Playing time and the number of songs depend on the melody and product specifications as well as the note count.
A metal cylinder rotates and plucks the comb teeth to produce the music. Choose from the available melodies, note counts, and compatible cases.
Compact and Easy to Enjoy

A single mainspring drives two 50-Note cylinders at the same time, while left and right soundboards create a spacious, dimensional sound.
About playing time: The times above are approximate durations for one cylinder rotation, not the total time from winding until the mechanism stops. 50-Note models play for 2 or 3 rotations, while 72-Note and 100-Note models play for 3 rotations. The content of each rotation and the number of songs vary by specification, so please check the audio previews and details on each product page.
These music boxes use interchangeable discs, letting you enjoy many different melodies on a single instrument. Simply replace the playing disc to change the song.

Even with the same number of notes, the impression changes depending on the melody and arrangement. Some products use electronically generated samples, so please check the audio notes on each product page.
HOW TO ORDER
Before ordering, please check the available options and estimated ship date on the product page. Custom song arrangements require advance consultation and are handled separately from standard orders.
For products with selectable melodies, choose your preferred song and a compatible case. For products with a preset melody, check the song listed on the product page.
Select gift wrapping, personalization, messages, or other available options. Available services vary by product.
Confirm the product, quantity, melody, case, and options. If you need the item for a specific date, also check the estimated ship date and delivery time.
Complete your order and check the confirmation email. For bank transfers and convenience-store payments, production and shipping preparation begin after payment is confirmed.
Made-to-order items are produced and adjusted to your order. We inspect the sound, operation, and appearance before preparing the item for shipment.
After shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the information in the email to check the delivery status.
DELIVERY GUIDE
Lead times for made-to-order items vary depending on the melody, specifications, and current order volume. If a product page shows a specific estimated ship date, please follow that information.
When ordering items with different lead times together: We will ship all items together once every item is ready. If you need some items sooner, please place separate orders. Shipping charges will be calculated for each order.

By preparing movements that have already been adjusted by our craftspeople, eligible products and melodies can ship within 7 days. A good choice when standard lead times are too long but sound quality still matters.
*Ships Within 7 Days applies only to eligible products and melodies. For instant payment methods such as credit card or PayPay, shipment is generally within 7 days after the order is confirmed. For bank transfers and convenience-store payments, shipping arrangements begin after payment is confirmed. Long holiday periods such as Golden Week, summer holidays, and the year-end/New Year period are excluded. Stock and available melodies are limited.“Ships Within 7 Days” is an estimated shipping timeframe only for eligible Suwanone Original quick-ship products. It does not apply to all products, including ORPHEUS. It also means shipment within 7 days, not delivery to your address within 7 days.
