Our standard carrier is Yamato Transport. We cannot accept requests for a specific carrier.

- Some areas and remote islands may require additional delivery time.

If you would like to request a delivery time slot, choose from the options below. Availability may vary by region and delivery conditions.

About morning time-slot requests for Kansai and some other regions
Even in regions where next-day delivery is normally available, selecting a morning time slot may prevent delivery on the earliest possible date. If your order is urgent, please choose a time slot from 2:00 p.m. onward or select no time preference.
