Shipping policy

Orders are delivered by Yamato Transport.
We will request that the carrier deliver your package within your selected delivery time window.

We cover the shipping cost for purchases of ¥11,000 or more (¥10,000 before tax).
For purchases under ¥11,000 (¥10,000 before tax), the applicable shipping fee will be charged to the customer.
