What Can Be Printed

  • Personal message: Up to 3 lines
  • Approximate character limit: About 12 full-width or 25 half-width characters per line
  • Required information: Tune title and composer’s name
  • Font and layout: Chosen by our staff
Artist Names and Logos
We can print the tune title, composer’s name and your personal message. To respect intellectual property rights, we generally cannot print singers’ names, artist or group names, logos or similar material.

Compatible Suwanone Original models include 5 models each in the 72-note and 50-note ranges listed below. Please check the note count, model name and wood or color of the music box you plan to purchase.

Preview Your Layout as a PDF

On request, we can email you a PDF proof of the printing layout before production.
When ordering, select “PDF proof: Yes” to request a preview.

  • We will send it to the email address you provide with your order.
  • If you use a spam filter or similar settings, please allow emails from net-order-musicbox@nidec-instruments.com so that you can receive our messages.
  • If you request a PDF proof, production will begin after we receive your reply approving the printing.
  • The time needed for approval may extend the usual delivery schedule.
  • If you select “No,” we will proceed with production using the text you entered, without sending a proof.
Please check your message carefully before confirming your order.
Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to the printed text. We may also cancel orders for plates purchased on their own or with incompatible products.
