メロディーが短すぎるのが残念

見た目と音はとても素敵ですが、重要なオルゴールのメロディーがサビの半分だけだったのが残念でした。せめてサビは全部メロディーがほしかったです。

このたびは、当店にて18弁オルゴールをご購入いただき、誠にありがとうございます。「見た目と音はとても素敵」とのお褒めのお言葉を頂戴し、心より感謝申し上げます。しかしながら、メロディーの長さにつきまして、お客様のご期待に沿えず残念な思いをさせてしまいましたこと、誠に申し訳ございません。18弁のオルゴールは、その小さな構造上、シリンダー（音を鳴らす筒）が1回転する演奏時間が「約15秒前後」という物理的な制約がございます。そのため、楽曲によってはどうしてもサビの途中で終わってしまったり、短いフレーズの繰り返しとなってしまうことがございます。「せめてサビは全部聴きたかった」というお客様のお気持ちはごもっともであり、私どもも大変心苦しく存じます。今回頂戴いたしました貴重なご意見は、今後の商品づくりや選曲の際の大切な参考として、真摯に受け止めてまいります。これからもお客様のお声に耳を傾け、ご満足いただけるショップ作りに励んでまいりますので、今後とも何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。またお客様と素敵なご縁がございますことを、心よりお待ち申し上げております。
