Ships approximately 3 weeks after ordering
Excludes extended holidays such as Golden Week, Obon, and the year-end/New Year period. Please allow additional time for delivery after dispatch.
If ordering for an anniversary or another special occasion, please allow plenty of time.
From Order to Delivery
We begin making your music box after you approve the embroidery preview.
We adjust your submitted drawing to make it suitable for embroidery. You can review the preview, and we will begin production once you approve it.

Upload your drawing, choose colors and a tune, and order
Upload a photo of the drawing in the product options, then choose the case, fabric, and embroidery thread colors and your tune.
You may upload one image per order. Please read the guidelines before proceeding.

Review the embroidery preview
We will adjust and convert your image and send you an embroidery preview. Please check how the lines and finished design will look.

Production begins after your approval
Once you approve the embroidery preview, we will begin production. Each treasured drawing is crafted with care.

Your finished music box is dispatched
Your music box will ship approximately 3 weeks after ordering. Once it arrives, enjoy your child’s drawing accompanied by the tune you chose.

Before Preparing Your Drawing
Simple drawings with clear lines work best.
The finished embroidery measures 6 cm × 6 cm. Drawings with fewer lines that retain their expression when reduced in size are most suitable.
Drawings Suitable for Embroidery
- Drawings made with a black felt-tip pen, with clearly defined lines
- Simple compositions with fewer lines
- Drawings on a white background with main lines that are easy to distinguish
About the Finished Embroidery
- Fine or closely spaced lines, small lettering, and intricate patterns may be omitted or simplified.
- Drawings with detailed backgrounds or many decorative elements may be difficult to reproduce.
- We make adjustments while preserving the character of the original drawing. However, the nature of embroidery means that the finished piece will not be an exact reproduction.
There are limits to the number of colors, line thickness, and details that can be reproduced. Depending on your drawing, we may need to discuss whether it can be made.
Preview Approval and Production Information
Changes to the embroidery preview incur an additional fee from the second revision onward. We cannot accept cancellations or returns once production has begun.
