REPAIR & MAINTENANCE

Repairs & Maintenance

We are currently receiving a high volume of repair and maintenance inquiries. Replies and estimates currently take approximately 1–2 months.

For music boxes used for many years or kept in storage for a long time, we check the condition of the parts and whether repairs are possible individually, and respond in turn. We sincerely apologize for the wait.

We continue to accept inquiries about faults or operation of purchased products as usual. If a purchased item does not play, works inconsistently or causes other concerns, please let us know through the contact form.

When asking about repairs or maintenance Please include the product name, approximate purchase date, symptoms and current condition, as far as you know. Photos or videos showing the condition will help us assess it.
